My boyfriend wants me to be the dominant one?

so I've been dating this guy and he wants me to be completely in control of everything. He is very submissive and wants to do everything for me. He also wants me to treat him like he is my b****. How can I do that for him? He makes me happy but I also want him to be happy and I guess by me being the dominant one he will be happy. How can I be dominant and completely in control and be a b**** to him but still let him know I really care for him?
