Will a hair salon be able to help me ?

I bleached my hair and its now orange, so i put a brown dye back onto it to make it back to normal, but the dye wouldnt take. it just washed right out. im just gunna go to a salon to see if they can fix it on a few days, and make my hair back brown again. do you think theyll be able to? i cant even go out in public, i feel so ugly ): i want this nightmear to end!
